Thiên Chúa trao cho mỗi người số nén bạc không đồng đều, kẻ nhiều người ít. Nhưng điều đó không quan trọng. Quan trọng là cách mỗi người sử dụng những nén bạc đó như thế nào. Bởi thế, Người đã lãnh 5 nén và người đã lãnh 2 nén mà sử dụng tốt đề được thưởng như nhau, là “vào hưởng sự vui mừng của chủ”. Cách sử dụng tốt những nén bạc là làm cho chúng sinh lợi.
